  As a local guide and a cash converter's pro buyer as a I buy alot of stuff this is my go to if they've got it I am willing to deal with them above the rest of the stores.
  
  Ryan and Dylan in buys and loans are willing to help a customer out always professional and friendly to me and other customers in the store which is good.
  
  Richard from their webshop is ace, professional friendly willing to help a customer out and go a extra mile for them. Richard is a smooth and trusting operator they have a diamond in rough of webshop operators dealing with webshop operators, he is the best of them in Victoria!
  
  Update: 16/7/2016 - Richard made it super simple to return a faulty item from Webshop A1!
  
  The retail team including Cass and the rest of the staff and the manager are awesome always willing to come to a price agreement on items which is good they are really good at working with their customers and willing to move were possible which is a good thing!
  
  The prices on the floor are generally fairly good to start with but they are always willing to haggle that's what a cashies does right? ;) They have a generally large range of gaming equipment and computer and camera equipment.
  
  These guys are on point strong recommendations from me about this store!
